Tool

A real number. Not a brochure.

Pick your industry. Pick your scope. Pick what matters. Get a calibrated range and a comparison versus traditional agencies — in under three minutes, with no login and no email required to see your answer.

Step 1 of 100%

What kind of project?

Pick the one that fits best. You can change later.

Estimator runs entirely in your browser. We do not store your answers unless you click "book a call." Refresh to start over.

§ A · Pricing philosophy

Four things we will not do.

We do not hide pricing behind a discovery call. We do not quote a low single number and reveal the multipliers in week two. We do not bury complexity in "contact us." We do not sell at the floor and resent the project at the ceiling. The principles below are why.

No email required

Your number appears on screen the moment you finish. You do not have to give us your address to see what we would build.

Range, not a single price

Software projects vary. We show a low–high band so the conversation that follows starts in the right place.

Calibrated by Charter

The estimator weighs the modules of the Charter that your project would touch. The more "consenting AI" infrastructure you need, the more the range reflects it.

Pessimism is honest

If the inputs suggest a project our studio cannot ship within the calibration, we say so on screen. We will not quote at the floor and hope.

§ B · What happens after

From a range to a written proposal in five days.

  1. Step 01

    Take the range to email

Write to us at info@neurobazar.com with your range and a few lines of context. The first reply is from a human, usually within one business day.

  2. Step 02

    Thirty-minute discovery call

We narrow the range. Often it tightens by 20–40% once we understand your constraints. No commitment.

  3. Step 03

    Written proposal in five days

A scoped proposal with milestones, deliverables, IP terms, and the Charter modules anchoring the work. Includes pricing — not a placeholder.

  4. Step 04

    Kickoff or close

You decide. If yes, we are in your code within ten business days. If no, the materials are yours to keep.

§ C · FAQ

Questions, frankly answered.

Why is your estimator transparent when other agencies hide pricing?
Two reasons. First, hiding pricing is a power move; we are not in the business of power moves over our prospects. Second, our own time has a real cost — discovery calls that exist only because the buyer cannot estimate are time we would rather spend with buyers ready to scope. Transparency filters in both directions.
How accurate is the range?
Calibrated to ±20% on the projects we have shipped in the last two years. The range narrows fast once we have a discovery call; what the estimator captures is the *shape* of the project, not the wrinkles.
Will the range change if I give you my email?
No. The range you see is the range we work from. We do not have a hidden "discount tier" for email captures. The estimator is the same one we use internally during proposal drafting.
What if my project is bigger than your largest tier?
Pick Enterprise + the closest feature set. We will respond with a custom scope. Some of our most rewarding work has been one-of-one institutional engagements.
What if my project is smaller than your smallest tier?
We take small engagements when the work is concentrated. A single editorial landing page with one AI personalisation surface, well-scoped, lands around $9k. The estimator may round up because most queries that look small actually contain hidden scope; ask us directly if the round-up feels wrong.
Do you share my answers with anyone?
No. The estimator runs entirely in your browser. We do not see your answers unless you click "book a call about this estimate," and even then only the summary, not the choices.

Next step

Bring the range to your first email.

We respond within one business day. The first reply is from a human. The Charter goes in the proposal.
