Services · Track I · Website design
Editorial websites with AI personalisation the user can audit.
Not a template. Not a generative-AI page builder. A site designed for your buyer and built by the studio that ships Midcore — with personalisation that announces itself, cites its sources, and gives the visitor an off-switch.
§ A · The AI surfaces
Six personalisation surfaces. Available across all tiers.
Each surface is consent-aware by default: visible Off switch, source citation, refusal as a feature. None of them require the visitor to give us their email.
Industry-aware copy
Your copy adjusts based on the visitor’s detected industry, role, or referring source. A SaaS prospect sees different headlines than a healthcare buyer — and the personalisation is labelled.
Brand-tone preview
Edit your brand voice in a control panel; every page rewrites itself live — tone, length, formality, jargon density. Save the variant the team agrees on.
AI concierge chat
A grounded chat that knows your products, pricing, FAQs, docs. Cited answers; no hallucination. Hands off to a human at decision points — the user always sees the handoff.
AI form completion
Visitors paste a URL, a company name, a description — AI fills the rest. Up to 60% lift in form completion; the visitor sees what was filled and can edit before submit.
Personalised recommendations
Products, articles, case studies — surfaced based on session behaviour and inferred persona. No cookies needed; consent toggle visible on every recommendation surface.
AI translation pipeline
Source content in one language; ship in many. Tone preserved per market via the Cultural Adaptation pipeline. Editor-in-the-loop by default; no machine output ships unreviewed.
§ B · Engagement model
Three tiers, transparent ranges, no enterprise tax.
Pricing published below. Final ranges are calibrated by the estimator in under three minutes — no email required to see your number.

§ C · Process
Four weeks. Four milestones. No mystery.
-
Week 1
Discovery + design system
Audience, brand audit, content inventory, design tokens, component primitives. Stakeholder interviews. The system, not yet the site.
-
Week 2
Core surfaces
Hero, product/service pages, navigation, footer. Pixel-tight, responsive, accessible. Editorial review by Friday.
-
Week 3
AI personalisation wiring
Industry detection, copy variants, concierge configuration, recommendation engine. Refusal surfaces visible on every personalisation point.
-
Week 4
Launch + handover
Performance pass, security headers, analytics, training video, full handover. Your team owns the keys before we leave.
§ D · Charter alignment
The instruments behind this service.
Every NeuroBazar engagement is anchored to specific Charter modules — each published with what it enables and what it regulates. This service leans on the instruments below.
-
⊕ AI Safety
No. 04
Runtime guardrails on every model call.
-
◎ Explainability
No. 05
Every AI decision arrives with its reasoning attached.
-
◊ Vector DB
No. 09
Knowledge retrieval gated by policy, citation by default.
-
◇ Recommendations
No. 14
Suggestions disclosed as suggestions, with the user always in charge.
-
✓ Approval Policies
No. 19
Consent paths that AI can read, follow, and never bypass.
§ E · FAQ
Questions, frankly answered.
- Do you white-label, or are you visible in the credits?
- White-label by default; we are happy to appear in the colophon only at your request. The technical handover gives you full ownership of the code and the AI policies. No vendor lock-in.
- How is "AI-personalised" different from what every agency claims?
- Two ways. First, each personalisation surface ships with a visible Off switch the visitor can always reach. Second, we publish what the algorithm did — when a recommendation appeared, why, and which source it came from. Most agencies ship the first half of personalisation. We ship the second half too.
- What if our brand voice changes mid-project?
- The brand-tone preview surface is built precisely for this. Edit your voice token; the whole site re-renders in the editor. No re-copy-deck, no re-render fee.
- Can you work with an existing CMS?
- Yes. We have shipped on Sanity, Contentful, Strapi, headless WordPress, and our own typed content collections. We will tell you in the first call which one will give you the least trouble in five years.
- Accessibility?
- WCAG AA throughout, audited at launch. AAA available for institutional tier (forms, contrast, screen-reader behaviour). We do not ship inaccessible sites under any tier.
- What is the smallest engagement you take?
- A single editorial landing page with one AI personalisation surface. About $9k. We take it because we would rather you ship one good page than seven slow ones.
