Privacy policy
What we collect, why, what we do not collect, and how the policies of this site reflect the position we publish in the Manifesto.
Last updated ·
This document describes the personal information NeuroBazar Inc. collects on neurobazar.com and on the surfaces we ship to clients under our name. It is written in plain language. Where the law requires a specific phrase, we use it once and explain it.
NeuroBazar's position on AI rests on six public commitments — one of them is sovereignty by default. This privacy policy is the version of that commitment that applies to the people who visit this website, write to us, or use the tools we publish.
What we collect on this website
Pages you read. Our analytics provider records the URLs you visit, the time on each page, the device class, the referrer if your browser sent one, and a country-level IP geolocation. We do not record your IP address. We do not set tracking cookies. We do not use third-party advertising pixels.
Estimator answers. The estimator on /en/estimate/ runs entirely in your browser. We do not transmit your answers to a server. If you click "book a call about this estimate," a summary of your range is included in the email you compose — your selections are not.
Forms. The contact page uses smart mailto links. When you click an inquiry button, your mail client opens with a structured starting point; we do not relay your form contents through a third-party service. The email arrives directly at info@neurobazar.com.
What we never do. We do not sell your data. We do not enrich it with third-party identity providers. We do not use it to train models. We do not transfer it outside Canada except as required to deliver email to you.
What we collect when you contact us
Email correspondence sits in our mail server until you ask us to delete it or until the retention period expires (3 years for unconverted inquiries, 7 years for engagements due to professional-services bookkeeping). We do not run inbox-mining tools and do not send aggregated metrics about correspondents to anyone.
What our clients' surfaces collect
When NeuroBazar designs and ships a product surface for a client, the policy that applies to that surface is the client's — written by them, anchored to the Charter modules deployed in that surface. We are not the data controller on a client engagement; we are usually a processor in the data-protection sense. The standard contractual clauses governing those engagements are published in our terms of service.
Your rights
You can request a copy of anything we hold on you, correct it, restrict its processing, or have us delete it — in line with PIPEDA in Canada, GDPR in Europe, and the equivalent rights in jurisdictions we serve. Write to privacy@neurobazar.com. We respond within ten business days.
Children
This website is not directed at people under 16. We do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has corresponded with us, write to us and we will delete the record promptly.
Changes
Material changes to this policy are announced on our Insights page and dated at the top of this page. Non-material changes — wording, clarification, typo fixes — are made silently.
