Terms of service

NeuroBazar Inc. ("NeuroBazar," "we," "us") is a Canadian corporation operating neurobazar.com. These terms apply to your use of this website, the public estimator tool, and the materials we publish — manifestos, Charter, essays, product roadmap descriptions. They do not govern client engagements, which are subject to separately signed agreements.

What you may do with our materials

The text on this website is published under a license you can use without asking us, subject to attribution and the prohibition on commercial republication without consent. The Charter, the Manifesto, and the essays in Insights may be quoted in good faith, including in commercial materials such as press articles and academic publications, provided the source is attributed clearly.

Our brand marks, the NeuroBazar wordmark, and the Midcore wordmark remain trademarks of NeuroBazar Inc. You may not use them to imply endorsement.

Estimator

The estimator is provided "as is." The range it produces is calibrated against past engagements and is not a quote. We will not honour a range that resulted from materially incorrect inputs. We will honour a range that we wrote ourselves, in good faith, in a written proposal that followed the estimator session.

Linked materials

We link to midcore.ai and to a small number of external sources. Linked materials are governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for content on sites we link to.

No professional advice

Nothing on this website constitutes legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice. We discuss verticals where professional advice is essential — healthcare, legal, professional services — and our discussion is informational, not advisory.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeuroBazar's liability for any claim arising from your use of this website is limited to the amount you have paid us, if any. We do not warrant that the website is error-free or available without interruption. We do warrant — outside these terms — the specific commitments published in the Manifesto, which we treat as opposable.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable in Ontario. The exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute is the courts of Ontario, except where consumer-protection or data-protection law in your jurisdiction grants you rights this clause cannot displace.

Engagement contracts

Once we sign a client engagement, that signed agreement governs the work and supersedes anything stated here that relates to engagements. Our standard engagement form includes intellectual property assignment to the client, the Charter alignment package, sovereignty-by-default data clauses, and a 60-day handover commitment. We will share the template under NDA on request.
