Services · Track II · Digital transformation
From legacy stack to compounding system.
Every Big Four engagement ends with three things: a slide deck, an invoice, and no shipped surfaces. We do the opposite — a 90-day diagnostic with senior engineers in your code, then a roadmap measured in production artefacts.
§ A · The 90-day diagnostic
Senior engineers in your codebase. No vendor decks.
30 days
Discovery
Architecture audit, dependency graph, security posture, data-model review, observability inventory. We touch your code, not just your wiki.
60 days
Synthesis
Priority map, risk register, vendor consolidation list, tech-debt inventory ranked by payoff. Quick-win shippable in week eight.
90 days
Roadmap
Twelve-quarter plan with surface-level milestones, not phases. Each quarter ends with a shipped artefact — not a deliverable PDF.
§ B · Programmes
Six modernisation tracks that compound.
We replace legacy surfaces in increments. No big-bang cutovers. No two-year rewrites that get cancelled in year three. Every quarter ships value to a real user.
Frontend modernisation
React / TypeScript on a typed design system; legacy templates retired in increments.
Service migration
Strangler-fig pattern out of monoliths into typed services with evidence chains.
Data platform
From ETL spaghetti to dbt + warehouse + governed self-serve BI via Midcore Lens.
AI integration
Retrieval over your corpora; agent flows; SOC 2-aligned tool use.
Compliance binder
EU AI Act, PIPEDA, GDPR, HIPAA — packaged evidence for the auditor.
Observability
Logs, traces, metrics, and evidence chains stitched into one dashboard.
§ C · Engagement model
Three engagement shapes.
Tier
Diagnostic
$28k flat
90-day diagnostic + roadmap. Senior engineers in your code. Closing-week presentation to the executive team.
Tier
Programme
from $35k/mo
Diagnostic + the first 2–3 modernisation tracks shipped. Embedded studio, weekly delivery, quarterly governance.
Tier
Institutional
from $75k/mo
Full multi-track transformation with a dedicated senior team. Multi-quarter horizon. Co-ownership of the architecture.
Tiers nest: a Diagnostic can convert into a Programme at any point in the first 90 days, with no re-spin-up fee.
§ D · Charter alignment
The instruments behind a transformation.
Every NeuroBazar engagement is anchored to specific Charter modules — each published with what it enables and what it regulates. This service leans on the instruments below.
-
⚖ Ethics Center
No. 03
A policy DSL where ethical limits are code, not a poster on the wall.
-
◐ MLOps
No. 08
Discipline for the model lifecycle.
-
∎ Evidence Room
No. 10
Hash-chained audit of every AI action.
-
⌘ Governance Center
No. 12
Policy enforcement across every tenant, model, and surface.
-
✓ Approval Policies
No. 19
Consent paths that AI can read, follow, and never bypass.
§ E · FAQ
Questions, frankly answered.
- How is this different from a Big Four engagement?
- Two ways. First, we touch your code in week one — not your wiki, not your interview notes. Second, the deliverable is shipped surfaces, not a PowerPoint. We do not bill for slides.
- What happens to our existing team?
- They run the modernisation; we accelerate it. We do not displace your engineers. The work pattern is pair-shipping with senior coaching — your team is more capable when we leave.
- Will you sign as Trusted Provider for our compliance review?
- Yes, where we can. We have signed SOC 2 sub-processor agreements, DPAs aligned to GDPR Standard Contractual Clauses, and Canadian Crown engagement frameworks. We will tell you in the first call whether your specific framework fits.
- Can the programme be paused?
- Yes, between quarters with one month notice. We design the work so each quarter ends in a shipped artefact — meaning a pause does not leave you with an unfinished surface.
- What if our budget changes mid-flight?
- The roadmap is reordered, not abandoned. We re-baseline at the next quarter boundary and resequence around your remaining horizon. No re-spin-up fees.
- Do you only work with Canadian companies?
- No. Half of our engagements are US-based; we have shipped into European, MENA, and APAC time zones. The team is Ottawa-based; the time zone discipline is part of the practice.
